Privacy Policy

Mira Platform Pty Ltd (“Mira”, “we”) operates this site and an AI engagement widget that publishers embed in their articles. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: hello@dreamwithmira.com.

• Pilot enquiries. When you submit the “Request a pilot” form: your name, work email, publisher, and any article URLs you provide.
• Marketing-site demo. Aggregate, cookieless usage events only, which masthead a visitor explores and how often a reading is run. No names, accounts, or device identifiers.
• The embedded widget. On a publisher’s site: an anonymous identifier in a first-party cookie, the text you choose to enter (e.g. a dream or question), and the reading generated for you.
• Server logs. Standard request metadata (IP address, user agent) used transiently for security and rate-limiting; we do not store your IP alongside pilot enquiries.

To respond to pilot enquiries; to generate and improve the reading and contextual ad-matching; and to protect the service from abuse. We do not sell personal information.

To generate a reading, the text you enter is sent to third-party AI model providers, currently DeepSeek, with Google (Gemini) as a fallback, solely to produce the response. Please don’t enter sensitive personal information (health, financial, or identity details) into the widget.

Records are stored in our database (Supabase / PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS in Sydney, Australia (ap-southeast-2). Sub-processors include our hosting provider and the AI providers named above.

The marketing-site demo sets no cookies. The embedded widget uses a single first-party functional cookie (mira_embed_uid) to recognise a returning reader. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

You can request access to, or deletion of, information you’ve given us by emailing hello@dreamwithmira.com. The service is not directed to children under 16.

We may update this policy as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
